YHWH Nailgun have surprise-released Magazine, a new 10-track, 11-minute album on 4AD. The band's official Bandcamp page lists the release date as June 11, 2026, while 4AD's shop page frames the record as a compact new statement from the New York four-piece. NME also reported the release today alongside the band's 4AD signing.
The tracklist moves fast: Ghost of Love, Stillness Blues, Innocent Sigh, Hips on a Wheel, Ballerina, Give Blood, Magazine, Sewer Tree, Burns, and To the Devil. 4AD identifies the current lineup as vocalist Zack Borzone, drummer Sam Pickard, guitarist and producer Saguiv Rosenstock, and synth player Jack Tobias, and describes the album as pushing the band's sound into a more skeletal, immediate space.
Pitchfork's review corroborates the 10-track, 11-minute shape and notes the move to 4AD, which matters for a band whose songs can feel like whole systems collapsing into brief, precise bursts. Magazine does not try to soften YHWH Nailgun's no-wave and experimental-rock edges; it makes their pressure feel even more compressed.
The band will also play a free NTS-backed live show in central London on June 14 at 3pm, with Lolina supporting. NTS says the exact location will be emailed to respondents 24 hours before the event.
