On The Arrow is an independent online magazine for alternative scenes: pop punk, emo, bedroom pop, alt, and alt-rock. We care about the basement show and the breakout record with the same attention.

Coverage starts with artists, venues, photographers, fans, and the communities that hold them. We publish stories with a clear point of view, careful context, and respect for the scenes that make this music matter.
