MUNA are taking Dancing on the Wall back on the road. The trio have announced the 2026 Gets So Hot Tour, a fall run that begins September 17 at The Van Buren in Phoenix and closes its North American leg October 21 at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado.
The timing is clean: Dancing on the Wall is out now, and the tour gives MUNA a bigger canvas for a record that appears built for exactly that kind of escalation. Pitchfork notes the band will also spend the summer hitting festivals including Lollapalooza and All Things Go, while Consequence reports that Hemlocke Springs will support throughout the fall run.
MUNA have become very good at making pop music that knows how to sweat. Their best songs hit like glossy confessionals, big enough for a field and specific enough to feel like someone is telling you the worst truth at a party. A fall headline run behind a new album is the logical next step, especially with venues like Roadrunner, The Salt Shed Fairgrounds, The Armory, Santa Barbara Bowl, and Red Rocks on the itinerary.
Consequence reports that artist presale access begins Tuesday, May 12 at 10 a.m. local time, with the general public on-sale beginning Thursday, May 14 at 10 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster and the band's website. The same report notes that fans can sign up for presale access by Monday, May 11 at midnight local time.
The fall routing is dense without looking random: Phoenix, Austin, Dallas, Nashville, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Boston, Columbus, Toronto, Detroit, Chicago, Minneapolis, San Diego, Santa Barbara, Stanford, and Morrison. The band then heads overseas in November for dates in Dublin, Glasgow, Manchester, Bristol, London, Amsterdam, Paris, Brussels, Cologne, Warsaw, and Berlin.
MUNA also shared a new “Eastside Girls” video today, according to Consequence, folding the tour announcement into the album-release moment rather than treating it like a separate ticketing blast. That is probably the right read. This band has never been just about the itinerary; the whole appeal is the world-building around the songs, the friendship, the ache, the feeling that the chorus is a flare.
